The Heavy Boot Socks are designed and constructed for winter use. These are now over the calf in length to be worn with high top winter boots. These socks are designed to insulate against the cold with a fully cushioned inner protecting the foot on the top and the sole. The wool works to keep your feet dry and free of infections during those days when you don't want to be taking your socks off. Keep them on in your sleeping bag as these don't get smelly like synthetics.
