Commando merino wool socks

"After over two years of real hard use I've just bought another two pairs. In summer conditions they make a great single sock whilst in winter I often use my Commando socks as a liner sock under waterproofsocks. On multi day rides my second pair, along with Armadillo longjohns and top are a welcome treat to change into once established at camp. After two full years of contact with rocks, snow, dust, heather, water and bike cranks any wear has been gradual and uniform. Even the elastic still works despite the cuff fraying. These could be the best socks ever for bikepacking!"
